April and May Classes Monday and Thursdays at 6 pm EST
This is a 30 minute class each Monday and Thursday. We are focusing on cultivating joy and happiness. We focus on insight mindfulness and meditation techniques to create more ease and space in our lives to make room for joy, happiness and compassion.

About the event
These classes are great for continuing practice for the experienced meditator and also are a great way to practice for the beginner. There is usually a brief welcoming/grounding meditation, a short talk on a mindfulness topic and a longer guided meditation. Classes last 30 minutes.
