About the event
This is an evening meditation that is great for anyone new to meditation or experienced. We will focus on bringing more kindness to ourselves and others with metta meditation. This is a radical tool in this busy time and it will offer you some space and rest and recharge. It is finding space in the present moment to feel more connected to your true nature by cultivating kindness for yourself and others. There will be several guided meditations and small group talks. Snacks will be provided. Space limited to 25.
