A fun, relaxing evening with mother-daughter duos and trios. Come and relax and find some mindful ways to have gratitude and joy for one another. This is a donation based class with all proceeds benefiting Cox Girls Volleyball Team.

About the event
Bring a towel/blanket and a water bottle. All donations will go to support the Cox High School Girls' Volleyball Team (State Champs). We will meet at the beach. Rain date will be August 18th. Cancellation will be announced an hour prior to the event if needed for bad weather. No meditation experience necessary - just come to enjoy your mom/daughter evening.
